Locally farmed and natural ribeye steak. Perfect for grilling as the weather warms up!

Recommended cast iron pan cooking instructions for a medium rare centre:

1. Let steaks defrost and hit room temperature
2. Salt steaks generously
3. Bring cast iron pan up to high heat
4. Once pan is hot, place steak on pan
5. Add a chunk of grass fed butter and teaspoon of olive oil
6. Let steak sear for 1 minute and 30 seconds
7. Flip steak after

1. 1 minute and 30 seconds and baste with butter and olive oil with a spoon while stake continues to cook for 1 minute and 30 seconds
2. Remove steak from pan and let sit for 10 minutes before serving
